How it works:

After a brief class, a USPA certified tandem instructor will gear you up, and escort you to our jump plane. After a short plane ride, you will take the leap over Lancaster County. With nearly 50 seconds of freefall, and a 5 minute parachute ride, you will land safely right in front of your friends and family. A tandem jump is a great way to experience the thrill of skydiving while under close supervision of an experienced Instructor. Book yours today*!

*Tandem jumps are by appointment only, and only on Saturdays & Sundays. Please note that your scheduled time is your arrival time but is not your jump time. Jump times may vary due to many factors. Please allow for plenty of time to be spent at MSPC on your jump day. Weather conditions can sometimes result in long delays, but we promise it will be worth the wait!

** Alcohol consumption prior to jumping is strictly prohibited - Do not consume alcohol for at least 8 hours prior to your jump.

Pricing:

• Tandem Skydive: $265/Per person

  • No deposit required, however we do take a credit card to have on file that only will be charged in the event of a no-show or no reschedule.

  • We do offer a $10 cash discount, bringing the price down to $255 per person. A credit card is still required to be on file.

cONSIDERATIONS WHEN DECIDING WHERE TO SKYDIVE

There is more than pricing to consider when choosing where to skydive. Maytown Sport Parachute Club has been proudly, and safely skydiving for over 50 years in Central Pennsylvania. MSPC is a club and not a commercial dropzone, which means we care more about creating amazing experiences than making a profit. Our tandem passengers get much more personalized training than most skydiving facilities. Our instructors will take the time to get to know you prior to the jump, and they will work with you from the moment you arrive, until you're on the way home. 

Safety is our #1 concern, so we align ourselves with USPA by being a group member dropzone. The USPA (United States Parachute Association) is the regulatory body for our sport. The USPA sets stringent safety requirements for all of its member dropzones, but it isn’t mandatory for skydiving centers to be part of the USPA. This is important, because non-USPA skydive centers can set their own rules, and we don't think that's a great idea. Before booking a skydive, be sure to check this link to verify the skydiving center is listed as a USPA group member.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 18 years of age (Please bring photo ID, we verify all jumper's age)

• Be in good health

• Weigh less than 225 pounds (All tandem passengers will be weighed prior to the jump)

GUIDELINEs:

• Please arrive on time.

• After your training, your jump time depends on many factors including weather, aircraft, instructors etc, we'll do our best to make the experience as efficient as possible

• Dress for the weather

• Wear appropriate footwear, please no sandals, or flip flops - they would likely blow away

• Sometimes weather can cause delays, you may want to bring food and drinks with you

• No alcohol is allowed during skydiving operations

• We love animals, but unfortunately no pets are allowed

• Children must be supervised

• Pass this information along to anyone coming to watch you skydive
